About Be Strong
Be Strong is a national charity dedicated to ensuring individuals—especially young people, can access help quickly, clearly, and without stigma, at no cost to them or their families. We do this by combining what we have always done best—leading with compassion, connection, and care—with tools, partnerships, and educational experiences that allow us to respond faster and more effectively as needs grow.
Through peer-to-peer leadership, trusted care partnerships, community events, and our evidence-based Resilience Program curriculum, Be Strong simplifies the path to support and helps people move from moments of need to sustained care. This approach strengthens coping skills, builds belonging, aligns solutions with real community needs, and helps prevent struggles from becoming silence, isolation from becoming crisis, and despair from turning into tragedy.
Struggle is a part of life; resilience is built when young people are equipped to navigate it with strength, support and clear paths to help.
